CrossFit Rock River is the best little gym you’ll ever visit! Our focus is to facilitate improved health and wellbeing of people of all ages and abilities through challenge, teamwork and individual goal setting. We offer specialty programs as well as basic CrossFit.
Our Staff is comprised of coaches who hold certificates in, and who have cross-trained in, CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and Mobility; CrossFit Kids; USAW certified Trainers; and college degrees in various health related fields. Many of our Staff and members have also competed locally and nationally in a variety of competitions and sports. So, one thing is for sure – we love to train and know how to train YOU!
Our progressive yet individualized programming means each day you have a new chance to test your limits and improve your overall stamina and strength. Need off season training for a triathlon? Need some encouragement to get off the couch? Looking for a change in your routine? We can help! We pride ourselves on drilling technique and proficiency of movement…so both the newcomer and the experienced Athlete have a safe, enjoyable and productive experience.
Anyone who trains knows that solid nutrition is the foundation of physical success. We stock Progenex supplements on site and offer many more through our partner, Strength.com, and will guide you on what regiment best suites your program needs; i.e. what not to waste your money on and what could be honestly missing from your total wellness plan. We do not push Paleo, or Zone or any other meal plans…everyone has individual needs and goals…but over time, we can help guide your decisions and keep you on track.
